HEADACHE - GAMEPLAY & BUG UPDATE


Hi, I've updated the game to improve some issues and expand on the gameplay and dialogue.

This update includes:

PERFORMANCE FIXES:

  • Building models have been optimised with removed interiors to reduce overdraw
  • Bloodsplats and bullet holes use a different system that reduces lag, especially when headshotting.

EASE OF USE UPDATES:

  • Controls are now updated to be rebindable. Controls menu removed from main menu as they're viewable in the options

GAMEPLAY UPDATES:

  • Health is no longer capped. Stomp heads to gain health. Notifications will appear onscreen when overhealed and low on health.
  • Doors are now physics-based and fully destructible.
  • Audio for weapons has been updated. Thank you funky.
  • Visual effects for guns has been updated to be flashier
  • Uzi and Glock have had their spread massively reduced
  • Fastball perk improved
  • More reactive dialogue, and rewritten dialogue for the boss ending cutscene.
  • Ability to restart the game from the first level has been added


MISCELLANEOUS UPDATES:

  • Hand poses updated so Mike holds the weapon properly.
  • Plugged my twitter shamelessly.
  • Converted project to IL2CPP
  • Credits screen has been properly redone with appropriate thanks to friends who helped with creating headache.
